Our Policies

At Ebony Expressions, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable hair salon.


Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

1.) If needed, all clients must cancel their appointment within  24 hours of their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

​

2.) IF you are a first time client you are REQUIRED to choose one of our first time client services.  Clients who have not visited  our salon within the last 4 months  are considered a new client. 

​

3.) A consultation is REQUIRED prior to all highlights/ double processing and color appointments.

​

4.) If you are booking one of our first time client service  Please discontinue using heavy oil, heavy butters, or eco styler gel 2 weeks prior to your arrival. 

​

5) We ask that you arrive with detangled hair!!! If not there will be additional charge add to you service.
